1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bbprmedia.com and all publications operated by BBPR Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including Rouge, Piqué, Bonnet, The Fold, Chicago Reporter, Kentucky Magazine, Oklahoma Reporter, Florida Reporter, Nevada Weekly, and YorkCityAnd (collectively, the “Sites”).
By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Sites.

We’re not obligated to publish, respond to, or return any submission.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Sites will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Sites at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BBPR Media regarding the Sites.
